Welcome to the 2025 Johnson Family Reunion

Dear Family,

We are excited to announce that the 2025 Johnson Family Reunion will be held in St. Charles, Missouri, just a short distance from St. Louis. The reunion will take place from July 18th to 20th. Please stay tuned for details on when the rooms will be released for reservation under The Johnson Family Reunion Discount. You have up until May 26, 2025, to make reservations under the discounted group rate.

• Meet and greet at the Embassy Suites in St. Charles (no shuttle to/from airport). Happy hour is free for those who are checked in at Embassy Suites. Receive welcome bags and t-shirts also.

• Enjoy the city's amenities (self-guided), including the Ameristar Casino and historical sites.

• Made to order breakfast in the Atrium of Embassy Suites Hotel for guests with rooms reserved

• lpm-8pm: Picnic at Wapelhorst Park, approximately 4 miles from the hotel. It also has a water park for a small additional fee. No glass bottles allowed out in the outdoor park area. Glass containers only for the indoor pavilion.

• Enjoy games, prizes, a talent/fashion show, and delicious food. St. Louis BBQ style selection and 'Taste of St. Louis'. (There will be no transport to the park. Family members provide own transport)

• Breakfast and the farewell meeting at the Embassy Suites hotel around 8:30 AM.

• Determine the host city for the 2027 reunion.

  ALSO, we are offering an early pay discount if paid in full (not half and half) prior to January 30th of 10% ($121.50 per adult and $103.50 per child). IN ADDITION TO THAT, we are offering a discount on households who pay for more than 3 adults. The 4th adult and on will be $110. Household is individuals of the same home, children that may temporarily be away (i.e. college, military), or elders who may live in assisted living style facilities (parents, siblings or children).

*Youth registration fee ages 6-11 is $115/chi/d. Ages 5 and under have no registration fee.
